WHAT IS A CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST AND TECHNICIAN?

Cardiovascular technologists and technicians, including vascular technologists, conduct tests on pulmonary or cardiovascular systems of patients for diagnostic purposes. They may conduct or assist in electrocardiograms, cardiac catheterizations, pulmonary functions, lung capacity and similar tests.
